By the purpose OB ICF "Ukraine and World". is support of development of public health services, formation(education), culture and realization of charities, which directed on material and financial support of the citizens of Ukraine.

By the basic tasks OB ICF "Ukraine and World". is:

- Assistance to development and deepening of knowledge of the inhabitants of. Odessa and Odessa area in the field of culture, formation(education), protection of health, distribution of scientific and cultural achievement;

- Assistance to development of a science and formation(education), realizations of the scientifically educational programs, rendering assistance to the teachers, students, schoolboys;

- Assistance financing of the joint projects and programs with other legal and physical persons in areas of medicine, protection of health, formation(education), culture;

- Rendering assistance to the legal and physical persons in development of publishing, mass media, TV and broadcasting;

- Material and financial support of the citizens of Ukraine, which are engaged medical, educational, by cultural and commercial activity;

- Material and financial support of the citizens of Ukraine, which are engaged creative and commercial by activity in the field of publishing, MASS-MEDIA, TV and broadcasting.

For execution(performance) of the authorized tasks OB ICF "Ukraine and World" according to the established Law by the order carries out the following activity:

- Carry out(spend) charitable scientific - practical seminars, meeting, conference on authorized activity;

- Bring in the offers to bodies of authority and management on activity OB ICF "Ukraine and World";

- Provide with ecologically pure(clean) products of a feed(meal), medicines, medicine, subjects of a leaving(care) behind the patients and elderly citizens, at presence of the appropriate sanction;

- Organize charitable exhibitions;

- Promote organization of rest of children, patients of the members of their families, citizens, which have suffered in consequence of failure on Chernobyl an atomic power station, other citizens, which became victims of radiating pollution;

- Promote organization of treatment of the population of Ukraine;

- Take part at realization of the international programs directed on protection of an environment;

- Creates special target funds and opens the accounts for training and distribution of the grants to the especially gifted children and to children from needy families;

- Other activity according to the purposes of fund.
